Spotlight on PJ’S College

PJ’s College of Cosmetology has just begun their Business Fundamentals training. All of their eight campuses are extremely excited about the program. The administrators spoke about the excitement of the students. They picked a group of students to start the program, and have most of the other students asking how they too, can get into the class. Several of the instructors talked about how easy the material was to teach from – everything they needed was right there.

They are already seeing a spike in the numbers!
After the first class, there were already student success stories to share. One student took a $26.00 ticket and tripled it! The instructor said that they had never had a ticket as high as $75.00! Another student increased their $37.00 ticket up to $50.00, and then added another $30.00 in retail for an $80.00 ticket. At another campus, the instructor demonstrated the Needs Assessment on 5 clients. Those 5 clients had booked $90.00 worth of appointments and walked out with $400.00 worth of retail products.

The students are making the connection on how this training is going to impact their future. And their classes have just begun! One instructor made the comment that she has been in this industry for a long time, and she is even learning from this program.
