Wigs For Kids: Caring for Children
When children lose their hair as a result of medical treatments, health conditions, or burn accidents, they don’t just suffer physically. The change in their appearance can drastically undermine their self-image and sabotage their self-esteem. To combat this additional trauma, Certified Cosmetic Therapist™ Jeffrey Paul founded Wigs for Kids, a nonprofit organization that has been serving children suffering from hair loss since 1980. Mr. Paul is the author of the newly published Solutions of Women's Hair Thinning and Loss.

When making an appointment for a pedicure, suggest that your client wear open-toe shoes or sandals so that polish will not smear. Also, remind your client that hose will need to be removed before the pedicure can be
performed.
